Our classes not only focus on physical postures but also encompass the spiritual and meditative aspects of yoga, allowing you to connect with the natural beauty that surrounds you.

Complimentary yoga classes included with your stay are available by prior reservation on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday through September 30 2026.

Temporary Notice: This schedule is valid only through September 30 2026. After this date, complimentary yoga classes will return to their regular schedule of Monday through Saturday.

SABINE BINNS

Sabine combines her way of living and passion for life into her Yoga Teaching style. Mindful Yoga is a relatively new form of yoga that applies traditional mindfulness teachings to the physical practice of yoga.

HAE LEE

At a young age, Hae realized she had the gift of insight to see patterns in life and ability to intuitively pick up on people’s thoughts and needs. While she was going through one of her rock bottoms in her early 20’s, she felt the powerful effects of energy healing and her close relationship with the spiritual world.
