Sustainable practices

We focus on offering balanced portions with natural ingredients, including gluten-free and vegetarian options, organic produce and locally sourced ingredients to support farmer’s markets and community events. In addition, Dune Boutique Hotel focus on implementing sustainable practices such as sourcing sustainable seafood and naturally raised beef and pork, planting on-property chef’s gardens and creating new to-go containers and packaging.
